Welcome to the home of Onehunga Fencible & Historical Society Incorporated. You’ll find us at Jellicoe Park in Onehunga, Auckland where we have the blockhouse that was built in 1860, Laishley House which was built in 1859 in Princes Street and moved to Jelicoe Park in 1985, and Journey’s End, a replica of an 1847 Fencible Cottage.
We are open for visits on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month from 1:30pm to 4pm. If you’re doing the Coast to Coast walk, pop in for a nosey and talk to our lovely volunteers about the cottages and local Onehunga history.
